This clip begins where Scene 3 ended… I am immediately tying her heeled feet with greater amount rope. A constricting hogtie is next for Pepper. A runtime of closet rod is restrained to her heels next. The rope this was bound into her pigtails earlier is then strapped to the ends of the cane. 1 more runtime of rope is restrained to the back of her rope head harness also and fixed back to her feet. Pepper lays there helplessly. I order her to struggle. Gal essays, but there indeed isn’t much room for struggle at this point.
