This clip starts where Part 3 ended… I am promptly tying her heeled feet with greater amount rope. A stern hogtie is next for Pepper. A runtime of closet cane is tied to her heels next. The rope that was strapped into her pigtails earlier is then chained to the ends of the cane. Other continuance of string is tied to the back of her string head harness likewise and tied back to her feet. Pepper lays there vulnerably. I order her to struggle. Gal tries, but there in actuality isn’t much room for struggle at that point.
