Pepper - Part 4

This clip starts where Scene 3 ended… I am now tying her heeled feet with more string. A stern hogtie is next for Pepper. A runtime of closet cane is bound to her heels next. The cord this was restrained into her pigtails earlier is then fastened to the ends of the cane. Another length of rope is strapped to the back of her string head harness as well and chained back to her feet. Pepper lays there vulnerably. I order her to struggle. Cutie attempts, but there unquestionably isn’t much room for struggle at this point.
