The Story of Friend Balcar continues: this time fellow must deal with the problem of girls’ smoking. Fortunately there is a class-conscious girl who informs him about that bourgeois habit. Sadly for her the chastised ladies will have no compassion with that little snitch…The totalitarian regime in Czechoslovakia caused many silly situations in all social spheres. Even dissimilar youth clubs were headed by communists; they didn’t hesitate to use diversified methods to strenghten their power. The top positions were occupied by people from low rungs of society, who were using their power in every way they saw fit or amusing. In the 1st part, "Comrade Balcar: The Game" we had a had a fortune to meet the leader of a Czechoslovak Youth Club, Pepa Balcar, who has an unbelievable talent for punishing puckish Youthful Pioneers. Execrable women need to be chastised with a cane, of course. That time, Balcar obtains to know ’bout their offences in a very interesting way. Their own classmate comes to tell him what cutie knows. The petite girl in her pioneer’s uniform is not very popular in her class, so damsel does not hesitate for a single 2nd… maid reveals her secrets directly to the club leaders. The zealous official listens to her tale of smoking, acquiring bared in front of dudes in the bath in exchange for cigarettes, and of inappropriate clothing. (This scene, despite this, man can seek for himself.) Shortly, 2 sinners are standing in front of the leader. Everything has proved to be real; moreover, when the ladies undress for their punishment, it is revealed they are not wearing any bras, and their privates are shaved in the way excellent maids never do. Nothing will do but that the first girl has to go to the hated T-bar, and her bare bottom gets what it gains. The rod hits her skin; the young lady has no time even to rub her discomfort buttocks. Moaning, tears, shouting and pain – next time damsel will think twice. And now it is the second girl’s turn. The uncovered pioneer girl assumes the position, and the terrible cane 1 more time hits bare body. Even begging or groaning does not discourage the official from finishing the caning. Unannouncedly – someone’s knocking on the door. And look – it’s the little sneak who’s come to have a little delight for her troubles.
