This clip begins where Scene 3 ended… I am instantly tying her heeled feet with greater amount string. A tight hogtie is next for Pepper. A length of closet cane is strapped to her heels next. The string that was chained into her pigtails earlier is then bound to the ends of the cane. One greater amount continuance of rope is fastened to the back of her string head harness likewise and restrained back to her feet. Pepper lays there defenselessly. I order her to struggle. Lady attempts, but there truthfully isn’t much room for struggle at that point.
