This clip starts where Part 3 ended… I am instantly tying her heeled feet with more string. A constricting hogtie is next for Pepper. A runtime of closet rod is fixed to her heels next. The rope that was fixed into her pigtails earlier is then bound to the ends of the rod. Another duration of string is fastened to the back of her rope head harness as well and strapped back to her feet. Pepper lays there helplessly. I order her to struggle. Girl endeavours, but there truly isn’t much room for struggle at this point.
