This clip starts out where Scene 3 ended… I am immediately tying her heeled feet with more string. A constricting hogtie is next for Pepper. A length of closet cane is bound to her heels next. The rope this was restrained into her pigtails earlier is then bound to the ends of the rod. One greater amount duration of cord is fastened to the back of her rope head harness also and bound back to her feet. Pepper lays there vulnerably. I order her to struggle. Maiden endeavours, but there honestly isn’t much room for struggle at that point.
