This clip starts where Scene 3 ended… I am immediately tying her heeled feet with more string. A tight hogtie is next for Pepper. A duration of closet rod is strapped to her heels next. The string this was restrained into her pigtails earlier is then restrained to the ends of the cane. One more length of cord is chained to the back of her cord head harness likewise and bound back to her feet. Pepper lays there defenselessly. I order her to struggle. Doll tries, but there in actuality isn’t much room for struggle at this point.
