This clip begins where Part 3 ended… I am at once tying her heeled feet with greater amount cord. A tight hogtie is next for Pepper. A duration of closet rod is tied to her heels next. The string this was strapped into her pigtails earlier is then strapped to the ends of the cane. Another continuance of string is restrained to the back of her rope head harness also and fixed back to her feet. Pepper lays there defenselessly. I order her to struggle. Babe attempts, but there in all honesty isn’t much room for struggle at that point.
