In that third installment of the Cards of Pain spin-off series, we give Amanda a 2nd fortune to win the grand prize of 520,000. In that Reloaded version of the most interesting ache game – unlike the typical version – if the player is not satisfied with a favoured card – hottie can draw a new card in exchange for 10 extra strokes. That option can merely be used once in a round. The rest of the rules remain the same: the player must distribute the 100 strokes over 5 skin parts. Each round is modified by a "lucky card" that the player draws at the beginning of the distraction. That time, something surprising happens after the first round that takes the distraction in a very shocking direction.
